The company MAFFEI TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. stems from a long-standing tradition in the field of industrial systems, particularly in the industrial refrigeration and thermohygrometric control of environments and processes, in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biomedical sectors. A history of tradition and innovation that began as far back as 1949. The historical brand Maffei Refrigeration has recently been replaced by the new and more appropriate brand Maffei Technology, which better represents the extensive range of services and activities that distinguish us. Investments in research and development, as well as a constant commitment to staff training, have allowed us to expand our offerings far beyond the industrial refrigeration sector, which remains our flagship.

The main activities are focused on services for industrial HVAC systems, Pure Fluids (PW, HPW, WFI), cleanrooms, Black utilities (Thermal Plants, Steam Production, Electrical Cabinets, and systems, etc.), and Clean utilities, Process Plants (Preparation Rooms, blenders, fermenters, reactors, etc.), and refrigeration systems (from ultra-low temperatures of -60 °C to air conditioning systems, and process systems such as fluid treatments for thermoformers, pasteurization cycles, chilling processes, and industrial chambers, etc.). The recent creation of three new units represents the commitment and attention we direct toward our customers who require increasingly rapid adaptation to the globalized markets they face.

The first unit is responsible for managing our specialized and certified welding and tubing teams for the construction of piping for clean utilities, black utilities, cold and hot fluid production plants, steam, and pure and sterile fluids. The second unit handles insulation, cladding, and air ducts. The third unit manages isothermal structures, paneling for cells and temperature-controlled rooms, isothermal doors, REI works, sanitary coatings, and environmental remediation revamping. These units provide a structured and specialized response to an ever-evolving market.

The creation of these three new interconnected divisions, along with an investment policy oriented toward the purchase of professional equipment (crane trucks, aerial platforms, lifts, etc.), also allows us to provide a quick response to any operational, construction, or emergency situation, ensuring production continuity and minimizing the economic impact of breakdowns. Additionally, we have supplemented the traditional collaboration system on projects developed by third parties with an efficient ‘Design & Build’ method. A highly specialized engineering team enables us to excel in the realization of Turnkey projects, as has been our historical practice in the food, pharma, chemical, and biomedical sectors
